Kitt Finley- Parker, DDS


Extremely patient and caring, Dr. Finley-Parkers number one priority is providing both her child and adult patients with a relaxing and comfortable dental experience.

Dr. Kitt Finley-Parker was born in New York City but moved to the suburbs of Tinton Falls New Jersey when she was 2 years old. She was from a large family where she was the second of 6 children born to Alan and Kitty Finley. During high school, she worked for a dentist in whatever capacity the office needed from filing to assisting. After high school she moved to Richmond to attend VCU where she graduated in 1978 with a BS in Dental Hygiene from the Medical College of Virginia. She practiced dental hygiene in Richmond for 6 years before entering dental school at VCU graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1988 with her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Upon graduation she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She immediately became adjunct faculty at the dental school for the next 25 years while she maintained a full time private practice in the North side of Richmond.

Dr. Finley-Parker is a member of the American Dental Association, The Virginia Dental Association and The Richmond Dental Society where she served on the Board of Directors for many years and where she served as President of the Society from 2005-2006. She has been honored by her peers by being invited into membership of the Pierre Fauchard Honor Society and has been recognized as a Fellow of the Virginia Dental Association. In 2006 she received the WISDM Award, Women in Science, Dentistry and Medicine, for excellence in leadership, advocacy and mentoring. In 2009 the VCU School of Dentistry, Division of Dental Hygiene, honored her as one of the Top 40 Outstanding Alumnae. Dr. Finley-Parker continues to stay abreast of the current techniques and latest clinical advancements through many hours of continuing education courses, The McKee Dental Study Club, The Richmond Dental Study Club and the Commonwealth Oral Surgery Implant Study Club.

Dr. Finley-Parker is married to her husband, Tim Finley-Parker and they have 2 wonderful children, Kate and Riley.
Dr. Finley-Parker is committed to working with her patients to achieve superior esthetic and functional results in their dental treatment outcomes.

Connie S. Kitts, DDS


Dr. Connie S. Kitts grew up in a small town in southern West Virginia. She received her BS in Biology from Virginia Tech and subsequent PHD from MCV/VCU department of Anatomy. In 1988, Dr. Kitts then received her DDS from VCU School of Dentistry. While there she was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

While in private practice, Dr. Kitts taught in both the didactic and clinical portions of restorative and crown and bridge dentistry at VCU. She is active in the Northern Virginia Dental Society, Virginia Dental Society, and American Dental Association. Through continuing education Dr. Kitts strives to stay current with the latest clinical advancements in order to provide optimal patient care. She also participates in the McKee Study Club and the Commonwealth Oral Surgery Implant Study Club. Dr. Kitts donates her time to the Mission of Mercy Project throughout the state.

To balance her career, Dr. Kitts enjoys fishing, tennis, golf, and cooking.
